About the job

We are now looking for a Field Service Manager within our product group Gasketed plate heat exchangers (GPHE) to set up and further develop our Heat Transfer Service Company in Nordic.

The main purpose is to drive our field service transformation and create excellent customer experience. This is done by ensuring customer satisfaction in service execution by having Field Service Engineers (FSE) and/or service providers with the right competence & attitude at the right place and at the right cost.

Key tasks:
* Recruit & build up a Heat Transfer Service Company organisation
* Plan training & development initiatives to ensure the right competencies.
* P&L responsibility
* Provide technical support to FSE in their work
* Support proactive service sales by lead generation in close collaboration with Service sales

Who you are

As a person you are a positive, cooperative networker and have good communication skills with a dialogue seeking approach. You are structured, self-driven and show attitude & motivation to get a satisfied customer on both commissioning and service jobs. It is important that you are motivated by being hands-on and like the operational work needed in this role.

What you know

You have experience from one or several relevant market such as Pulp & Paper, Ethanol, Starch & Sugar, Brewery, Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemical, Machining & Manufacturing. You have worked a couple of years as a people manager and it will be an advantage if you are used to working with employees who are based at different locations/countries and mainly works at customer sites. You master at least one Scandinavian language as well as English.

Practicalities

You will be placed in either Lund, Copenhagen or Sandvika with reporting line to the Service Operation Manager.

Travelling within the Nordic countries is a part of the position.
