Your responsibilities
Managing the Robotic Field Service team, consisting of 11 team members in Jönköping and 5 team members in Västerås.
Maintaining and developing existing customer relations within the region, regarding both quality aspects and increasing the number of service agreements.
Driving and growing the customer base within the region.
Fulfilling financial targets.
Continuous development of the team and the region´s business.
Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.



Your background
A technical university degree is preferable, however in this position your personality traits will be valued higher than the formal education.
Previous experience of leading teams successfully and a strong passion for development as well as a personal drive and persistency.
You have technical experience and are interested in learning about new technical solutions.
A business mindset and experience from building strong customer relationships.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.
Results-oriented, strategic and structured approach to work.
