Position : Field Services Team Leader
Location : Kalmar Sweden
Employment Type : Full Time Position
Wärtsilä is an innovative technology company known for being a forerunner in the Marine and Energy markets.
Due to business growth and expansion Wartsila are hiring a Field Services Team Leader for the Biogas business unit with line manager responsibility for teams in Sweden, Denmark, Germany and the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Manage field services team to provide optimum customer services
- Oversee the scheduling and training of field service representatives
- Setting performance targets and transforming the productivity of FS personnel
- Automate work assignments'and time in lieu/time off as per existing contracts
- Timesheet control & approval on Unit 4, SAP, and Excel on all BioGas cost centres
- WeCare report processing
- WGS Tools such as SWR, SJA, Briefing, and Debriefing implementation & follow-up
- Conduct GAP analysis & develop a continuous workflow, incl. manning up/down
- Evaluate employees' performance and negotiate salary as per company HR policy in collaboration with union representatives
- Assist in goal setting, skills enhancement, and review of activities for FS staff
- Resource utilization follow-up (KPI, UR & BR)
- Identify and resolve employee concerns/complaints
- Help the field resource coordinator(s) in resource identification and planning
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership through the maintenance of high qualifications across the organization and integrity in the work environment
- Ensure that the resources are trained to meet service objectives safely
- Service Cars lease responsibility
- Conduct other assignments as allocated by your Line manager
- Investigate and resolve any issues resulting from substandard performance
Requirements:
- Willing and able to meet an extensive travel program - Valid Swedish Work Visa
- Good computer skills
- Relevant ' hands-on experience in process, mechanical and electrical disciplines within LPG/LNG/VOC/IG and Flare Gas systems.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal. Scandinavian language an advantage.
- BSc in Process, Automation, Mechanical, Marine, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
- Service and team mindset.
- Structured, good attention to detail, and self-motivating.
