We're looking for an Field support for the Nordics with Stockholm as a point of departure. The foremost priority for an agent field support at Ria Financial Services AB is to improve the position of the agents in the market. You must have sales and customer orientation, be an analytical thinker and have an excellent understanding of the exchange rates and its effects over the clients’ activity - knowledge about “Revenue/Yield management” is highly valued. The person that we are seeking for is to be self-sustaining, humble, patient, business oriented and have a willing to succeed. You need a proficient level in the use of the Windows environment (particularly Excel) and an excellent command of English ,Swedish and Arabic, while knowledge of another language will be highly appreciated. Reporting to the Business Development Director for RIA Sweden your main role is to improve the position of the agents in the Nordic market: setting a fixed competitive exchange rate, being careful in maintaining a competitive exchange rate, providing advertising media to optimize the image of the agents, solving doubts or helping them use the computer application.
You will be responsible for:
1. Attending the clients in the assigned area by phone, trying to solve their doubts and/or problems in a daily basis.
2. Monitoring evolution of the agents: keeping regular contact with them when their activity is diminishing or when we have information about the activity of RIA agent with the competition.
3. Assessing the satisfaction of the agent with the company service.
4. Doing periodic reports for the Management in order to undertake the right action for the development of it.
5. Visiting regularly the agents in their establishments.
