RaySearch, a world leader in the field of software for advanced radiation therapy, is now looking for a well-organized Sales Operations Administrator to join our international Sales team. This is a fulltime position based at our head office in the heart of Stockholm.
About the role
In this position you will have a central role in our Sales team. You will bring structure to our sales operations and provide support in all steps of the sales process, from customer lead to installation and first treatment. You will become one of our CRM-experts, responsible for documentation of customer account information and milestones as well as quote generations. You will also handle initial sale support activities in new markets, invoice administration and installed base analyses.
In this role you will work closely with several of RaySearch’s dynamic teams and departments, including sales, marketing, service and quality. The main part of RaySearch’s sales and marketing activities are coordinated from the head office in Stockholm. However, as RaySearch acts on a global market, this position includes broad international interactions, both with distributors and direct with RaySearch customers.
This is a full-time temporary position due to a parental leave for at least 1 year, starting in the beginning of September 2020. Since RaySearch is in a growing phase there could be job possibilities even afterwards.
Your main tasks:
• Submit information to RaySearch’s global sales network (direct sales and distribution network)
• Follow up and monitor documentation about our customers
• Be an expert of the sales process, products and the functionality of the automatic quote generation system in Salesforce
• Sales support activities, as supporting sales with creation of quotes, follow up on customer agreements and deliveries, updates of customer’s licenses, etc.
• Work with sales to ensure that service contracts are pursued and established by the end of warranty periods
Your profile
To be successful in this position you need great communication and administration skills. We think that you will bring positive energy to the team and use your interpersonal skills to build a strong network among colleagues and customers. You are very well-organized and enjoy finding structure in an agile work environment. Further, you are a multi-tasker who is used to handle a variety of tasks without losing attention to details.
We would like to see that you have:
• Relevant university degree or equivalent education
• 3-5 years experience from sales operations
• Experience from working in CRM-system (Salesforce)
• Very strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Swedish
•
Good knowledge in other languages are considered a merit. It is also an advantage (but not required) if you have experience from software company, medical devices or healthcare industries.
