Atlas Copco is now building a new in-house production team that you can have the chance to be part of! The team will create motion and still image content for Atlas´ internal and external communication channels. Some of the content will be produced in celebration of the Atlas Showroom, a new concept that aims to inspire and educate customers, staff and engineering students on how Atlas Copco has positively impacted society with innovation and sustainable technological solutions for 150 years and will continue to do so for many years to come. The Atlas Showroom is in production and is expected to be completed in December 2022. The space will be a combination of showroom, educational space and studio once it´s done.

About the position

As a Film & Photo Creative for Atlas´ new Inhouse Studio, you will be responsible for producing both moving and still image content for use across all Atlas Copco channels, including web, social media, print and television. The ambition is to create engaging content through storytelling rather than product focus.

You will be responsible for sound, lighting, photography and filming as well as editing and post-production. And you´ll have access to very high quality equipment. You need to have a creative and flexible mindset as the production location, background and type of production will vary. You will work closely with the Production & Showroom Manager, who will lead and coordinate your projects.

Who do we think you are?

You are an experienced creative, preferably freelancer with experience as a cinematographer, still photographer, producer and in post production. As a person, you need to be a proactive problem solver in your area of expertise, as conditions can change quickly. You will have handled professional studio equipment and know how to rig for filming and still photography with flash, in studio and out in the field. As a result, you are self-sufficient and able to support the whole organization with knowledge and best practice in professional moving image communications.

To succeed in this role, we look for you to have the following experience:

• Knowledge of camera technology for film and photography at a commercial level.
• Lighting for film and photography (Profoto flash)
• Knowledge of sound technology
• Live broadcasting (some experience, can be taught on site)
• Knowledge of post production
• Very good knowledge of Adobe CC (Premier Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop etc.)
• Good knowledge of English, knowledge of Swedish is an advantage

Form of employment

This is a full time, 40h/v position and a 1 year consultancy assignment, where you will initially be employed by us at The Place, with a great chance of extension and getting a permanent position with Atlas Copco.

You will be based in the office in Nacka.
