Financal Controller to Samsung

We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to our customer Samsung! This is a   consultancy opportunity , a contract starting in Mars/April until August 2021.

Job Description: Finance Approver:
- Daily control and approval of vendor invoices for general expenses. Maintain guidelines and support Accounting, AP, and SSCE teams. Investigate complicated cases and support AP-team with solutions. 

Budget & Forecast:
- Prepare and calculate monthly forecast and yearly management plan for general expenses and investments. 

Budget Control:
- Coordinate budgeting process of general expense and investment with all budget-holders, suggest and drive action to improve.
- Controls of the budget and analysis of expenses results. 

Process Control:
- Manage cost center structure. 
- Take over sub-processes, e.g. IFRS16 monthly update, closing activities, temporary labor calculation.
- Ad hoc tasks and support for management. 

Key Accountabilities: 

Approval of vendor invoices for general expenses
Creation, follow up, and control of general expense budget
Maintenance of cost related company policies
Monthly forecast and 3 month rolling target of general expense in cooperation with Finance controlling team-leaser and Accounting Manager
Investment budget management
Cost centre structure ownership 
Determening cycles and cost allocation for internal reporting together with Management control team
Review vendor payments
Maintenance of Company Policies and Standards (GPPM) within the mentioned areas of ownership
Publishing monthly business report - General expense
Suggest and implement cost, time, effort efficiency plans
Follow-up of customs issues
Month-end activities
Required Qualifications & Experience:   A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field from a four-year college och university
5-6 years of experience as financial controlling or related in multicultural environment
Finance and/or management work experience
Experience with utilizing SAP R/3 software
Must have Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with advanced Excel spreadsheet preparation skills
