Finance Accountant

Accounting Control within Central Finance, AB Tetra Pak, is looking for Finance Accountant to the team, today we are 12 members within the group.The role for Accounting Control is to drive, coordinate and analyse financial information to our stakeholders and in accordance with legislations and Tetra Pak policies.We support all AB Tetra Pak employees with invoices, expense reports, accounting, payments and follow ups etc.We are also responsible for all reporting within given deadlines.When working with Finance you will have many international contacts, both internal and external.

As a Finance Accountant within our team your main tasks will be:
-Daily issues related to supplier and customer invoices
-Control and update standing data for authorization purposes
-Work closely with GR/IR account in SAP R/3
-Maintain Fixed Assets register
-Control of Expense reports
-Other common duties associated with general accounting
-Provide support to our stakeholders in various issues within Finance

Kvalifikationer

We place great emphasis on your personality, which should include a strong personal drive for result, analytical skills as well as accuracy and preciseness.You should also be service minded and contribute with your excellent team player skills to the team.

To manage this position we believe that you have a relevant educational background within accounting combined with a minimum of 2 years business experience from similar work.We believe you are familiar with SAP R/3 and MS Office (especially Excel).Good knowledge in both written and spoken English is essential.
