Juni is building from scratch a world-class finance & strategy team to steer the company through the next phase of growth.
As Juni continues to grow, we need to grow our finance capabilities to help pilot the rocket ship. Financial Accounting and Control capabilities are essential to steer the ship in the right direction, ensuring we comply with accounting, regulatory and tax requirements and maintain a healthy relationship with internal and external stakeholders (employees, suppliers, customers). You will be one of the main points of finance contacts.

Our team right now is 100, and we're growing quick with ambitions to become 200 in the next year, we're looking to hire across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Data and Finance along with a variety of other roles, you'll see a lot of new crew members joining the Juniverse!


Responsibilities: 📋


In this role you’ll:
-Process regular and urgent payment requests, including posting of invoices
-Process employee expenses and ensuring timely approval and payments of expenses to employees
-Liaise with suppliers and other queries on payments in a timely and efficient manner
-Reconcile Credit Card transactions on various cards ensuring colleagues from other departments provide appropriate receipts for all their transactions
-Assist with treasury management and reconcile the multi currency bank accounts
-Assist the Financial Controller with month end (journals for prepayments & accruals, intercompany balances reconciliations) and any other ad hoc projects
-Assist with the implementation of our new ERP.


You will be given the opportunity to shape this role and focus on specific areas of the Financial Control function as the business scales (Accounting, Treasury Manager or Accounts Payable Manager). The role is a brilliant opportunity to be involved in the setting up of our finance department and grow professionally while Juni expands.




Within 1 month you'll:
Obtain a clear understanding of the spend function of Juni and establish yourself as the go-to person for the cash outflows.

Within 3 months you'll:
Be the master of the new ERP which you will assist with its implementation.

Within 6 months you'll:
Become a key person in the Financial Control department and develop your role into a sub function Lead (Accounting, Treasury or Accounts Payable).
