Finance Accountants

Are you ready to take on a new challenging opportunity within Tetra Pak as Accountant at the Finance Hub in Sweden?



Finance Hub Sweden and the PtP / T&E team is looking for finance Accountants to join the team. This is two temporary positions, one for 12 month and one for 18 month.



Within Finance Hub Sweden in Lund we are approximately 55 persons in total with the responsibility of overall finance and accounting related services for 16 legal entities in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. We have 2 teams, handling the Purchase to Pay and Travel & Entertainment transactions together with our outsourcing partner in China.



The role for the PtP / T&E teams will be mainly drive, coordinate and secure the full Accounts Payable process for the legal entities in scope. Main stakeholders at our client companies are purchase requesters, purchasers, supplier management, travellers, cost centre responsible and controllers.



Main responsibilities

-Daily issues related to supplier invoices, travel expenses and related accounts.
-Daily contact with our outsourcing partner Capgemini
-Approve vendor master data requests from a Finance Perspective
-Clearing of A/P accounts with focus on expense management
-Other common duties associated with general accounting
-Provide support to our stakeholders in various issues within Finance
-Secure and pre-approve payments to suppliers and travelers (via Capgemini China)




Qualifications

As a person you are service minded and contribute with your excellent team player skills to the team.


To manage this position we believe that you have a relevant educational background within accounting, background within finance and/or some years of relevant experience within these areas. We prefer that you to have knowledge in SAP ECC and MS Office (especially Excel).


A requirement is that you are fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge in both written and spoken English
