Finance & Accounting Manager

Synthesis Analytics is now looking for an independent and responsible Finance & Accounting Manager with an eye for detail and a passion for accounting to join our Nordics team. In this role, you will actively engage with managers and staff while administering all financial transactions, extracting reports, assisting in budgeting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis.

Qualities and skills you possess:
• Master's degree in Accounting.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or Auditor.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Excel, accounting software and databases.
• Written and spoken professional proficiency in English.
• International experience within sales and entrepreneurial experience is a plus
• Having understanding and working experience in Asian markets due to expanding business.
• Be able to work flexibly, depending on the business demands as we have international partners.
• Be able to travel internationally as it is necessary for clients' meetups.
• Be ambitious, hard-working, and have a high sense of responsibility.
