About the position
Perido is looking for a Finance Administrator to our customer; a major player in the automotive industry. The position is located at their office in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
In this role your main responsibility is to support the business and financial approval process. You’ll be an enabler and driver for an efficient approval process and act as an interface between internal and external business relations through the handling of SRM requests, purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and business requests. You plan and coordinate financial approval meetings and administer the yearly inventory process. You will also be publishing creative and informative news regarding the approval process on the company's internal website.

Qualifications:
Experience as a business assistant or at least several years of experience in SRM/SAP or purchase order supportive role
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment 1 year. Start 12/9-22.
