About Niconovum

Niconovum AB is a fully owned subsidiary within the British American Tobacco Group and has 16 colleagues. We are growing at a steady pace and are now at the stage where we need additional support within our Finance department. Here, you will have the opportunity to expand your skillset while contributing to a healthy, well-run business.

You will be based at our office in Hyllie, Malmö, reporting to our Head of Finance.

The scope

As Finance Administrator, some of your initial responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices and payments
• Processing personnel transactions (salary, taxes, pensions, health benefits, cars)
• Coordinating bank data with SAP and internal documentation
• VAT Financial reporting to tax authority and Central Bureau of Statistics
• Integrating Sales/Marketing SKU-level forecasts into the financial planning systems
• Preparing sales orders and pro-forma invoices

Your profile

You have a relevant degree in Economics or Finance, with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a broad role similar to this - preferably with a focus on accounting, including access to private or confidential information - where you have already touched upon all or most of the tasks above.

Experience with SAP and being an Excel wizard will give you bonus points, as will experience with supply chain or logistics.

As a person, you are proactive, results-oriented, and love diving into new challenges and responsibilities. You take a holistic perspective and are eager to learn more about the business! Since you enjoy having your hands full, you are also good at prioritizing, organizing, and structuring your tasks.
