Role Summary/Purpose:
GE Healthcare is recruiting a Global Supply Chain Operations Finance Analyst. This is a permanent role with desired start in July/August 2015.
Essential Responsibilities:
Contribute to developing and reporting estimates, operating plans, forecasts, reviews
Develop and improve financial processes; Reporting tools, budgeting and estimating processes, analyses
Capital Investment support: evaluate, review, partner with ops leaders and project leaders.
Participate in and drive closing activities with focus on analytics
Partner with business leaders and staff to drive operating performance and act as champion for strategic initiatives
Assist with management, FP&A and corporate reporting (P&L), communicate results to managers and other stake holders
Drive profitable growth by providing analysis of results and identifying and tracking key metrics, monitoring risks and opportunities, recommending actions
Contribute to improving efficiencies and performance and providing quality financial information. Actively liaise with Ops Management to improve productivity and cost efficiency
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration
Minimum of five years of financial work experience
Financial work experience including developing forecasts and operating plans, leading business and finance reviews
Experience of working with capital investments project
Fluency in English
EU work permit

Strong analytic skills, able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
Clear thinking/problem solving; successfully lead and participate in process improvement and projects within operations and finance
Communication skills; experience in working across multiple levels, functions, regions; ability to clearly communicate complex financial information
Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems and applications, strong Excel skills
Fluency in Swedish
Experience working in global business environment
Basic understanding of financial compliance: SOX, GAAP
