Finance Analyst

Skruf Snus AB is at the forefront of driving Imperial’s growth in oral nicotine products, producing both traditional snus products and oral nicotine products without tobacco. Our successful brands Knox and Skruf are sold throughout Scandinavia and we continue to launch into new markets with our new brand zoneX. At our factory in Sävsjö, we produce over 110 million cans of snus a year and have experienced consistent growth in the scale of our operations. The vacancy has arisen for the role of Finance Analyst at our Factory in Sävsjö. About The role
Reporting to the Factory Controller, the Finance Analyst will be a crucial member of a Finance Department. The Finance Analyst’s key responsibilities will be monthly reporting, budgeting & cost management and financial control; constantly developing and implementing improved finance processes at the factory; supporting ongoing factory projects by contributing finance expertise to project teams.
Key Accountabilities
Monthly Reporting –
Control of Manufacturing information systems
Calculation of production cost (material costs labor costs and overhead costs)
Production of monthly management accounts
Highlighting and reporting on significant variances in management accounts
Design/improve and produce KPIs’ dashboard for both financial and non-financial indicators
Budgeting & Cost Management –
Product Standard Costing
Preparation of forecasts and budgets
Financial Control –
Ensure there is a robust financial control environment
Implement tight budgetary control over spending About You
Skills & Experience
University level education in finance / accounting
1-2+ years accounting / finance experience
Self-starting, and resilience, ability to prioritize and focus on key drivers to improve business performance
Strong problem solving and financial analysis skills
Efficient team player with experience of dealing with stakeholders outside of finance
Excellent Excel skills
Proficient in financial systems and easily adaptable to a new ERP
Fluent in English, fluency in Swedish is an advantage
