FINANCE ANALYST

Job Description
For our international client in Helsingborg, we are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst!

As a Finance Analyst, you’ll be driving analytics and monthly close reporting, BVA’s, forecasting and supporting the Site Finance Lead within the manufacturing set-up. You’ll be involved in the digitalization journey and part of a talented international team. You’ll be familiar with navigating an international diverse environment and be an ambassador of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support business management with analyses of Revenue/Cost/Expense and Profit outlook and the trends in the respective areas on Site level or Business Unit
- Managing relevant planning and analysis process such as annual budget, outlooks and forecast, monthly and quarter closing
- Analyzing & communicating the performance of the site including regional site cost summary and BVA reporting for other manufacturing sites
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics based on Production Volumes, Absorption and P&L, OCNIS, COGS and GP for every financial cycle alongside with ongoing Projects on Site level
- Reporting cost center budgeting and ERP relevant information in local/global ERP and reporting systems (SAP, OneStream.) as well as systems reconciliation (SAP, TM1, GRM, OneStream etc) to ensure data accuracy and Project fulfilment and costing
- Acting as trusted business advisor by delivering clear messages and alternatives for business decisions, standardization, and process improvement by demonstrating ownership and business knowledge
- Conducting special projects and working with the minimal management supervision, introducing and using new Technologies (Alteryx, Tableau, Excel VBA etc.) for financial modelling

Qualifications
- You hold a bachelor’s degree (ideally in Accounting/Finance).
- You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and oral.
- You have progressive finance experience, preferably Supply Chain Finance.
- You have advanced skills in MS Office.
- Meritorious: SAP ERP, OneStream, or alternative exposure to other ERP systems.
- Meritorious: knowledge in Business Intelligence systems.
- Meritorious: Consumer Industry Experience ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 6 months with possibility of extension.
