We are now seeking a curious, communicative and quality driven person to join our financial team as being the key player in the development of the finance functions. You have experience in driving change and be active in identifying risks & opportunities and securing financial performance.

What will you do?

In your role you’ll work closely together with finance team and IT/Digital team, proactively establish and enhance the efficiencies of finance processes, methodologies and environments. You will work in partnership with IT and also initiate and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting (accuracy, timeliness and efficiency) and associated systems, processes and policies. In addition, you will work closely with IT/Digital, to create understanding of their finance impacts and being the “go-to” person for IT/Digital finance matters. The aim is to exploit finance process & system efficiency in order to drive business efficiency and reducing risks. For you it is natural to be involved in developing effective targets and relevant KPI´s for follow-ups. Systems you feel comfortable in would preferable be SAP, QlikView and of course deep knowledge in Excel modeling.

Do you fit the profile?


To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a university degree in Finance or IT, MBA or equivalent and experience in finance, finance process and systems. You communicate financial information in a clear way.

- Have a passion for figures and fact-based analysis
- IT project management experience is meritorious
