For our Process and Systems Development team, we're currently on the lookout for a talented and business-savvy Finance Application Administrator. Our team is primarily responsible for Sandvik’s financial reporting and consolidation system, and we aim to successfully supply process- and information owners with methods, tools, and guidance for efficient financial processes. About the job
As our Finance Application Administrator, you contribute to the development of our group consolidation system, taking part in system related projects and assignments. During the coming two years, we’re on an exciting journey of designing and implementing a new group consolidation system.
Key areas of you job include:


Handling business requirements and recommending proper systems alternatives and improvements in our system.
Providing support and problem-solving for all our business units and users worldwide – an essential part of your job.
Planning and preparation of our systems for monthly and quarterly reporting, and managing BPC users and change requests.
Actively sharing your knowledge by training and supporting colleagues and stakeholders.

The preferred location for this role is World Trade Center in Stockholm, while Sandviken is a possible choice for the right candidate. We offer you the opportunity to work remotely for two days a week, and some travel between Stockholm and Sandviken is included in the role.
Your character
We're looking for someone with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. You have at least a couple of years’ work experience in an international corporate finance function. Through your education and career, you've gained knowledge about financial planning, accounting, controlling, and management reporting. You have knowledge of one or more consolidation systems and it's advantageous if you're skilled in Office 365, especially Excel. As we act both locally and on a global stage, you need excellent verbal and written skills in English, while Swedish is a plus.
