As a person, you take responsibility and work independently towards set goals. You are a skilled administrator, are structured, efficient and at the same time quality conscious. You are good at communicating over the phone and in writing. You see opportunities and take initiative. You are responsible, efficient and hungry to learn new tasks. To succeed in the role, you must have good computer skills and have a good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
You have at least university education, preferably in economics, commerce or administration. You have at least one year of work experience in administration, where experience from banking, finance or insurance is considered meritorious. Great importance will be placed on your personal qualities.
Main duties:
You will mainly work with MittLogik's Finance Team. In this role, you will have a wide contact network within the organization and act as the spider in the web to manage and solve finance-related problems. As a person, you are therefore outgoing and social while also having a sense for numbers and order.
Accounts Payable
Current accounting
Deposits and withdrawals
Reconciliations
Invoice management
Operational support of monthly accounts
VAT accounting
Wages
Daily contact with internal and external stakeholders.
