Our Nordic & Baltic head office is placed in Gothenburg. As an A/R team-member you will be an important part of the Nordic and Baltic Credit Management Department consisting of 22 people working with transactions for all business entities including Liner, Logistics and Agencies.The position is located at the Maersk Sweden office in Gothenburg.General Areas of responsibilities .Play an active part in reaching the agreed targets and KPIs in terms of outstanding freight for Sweden .Provide Sales and Customer Service with relevant information for them to aid the collection process .Take ownership and responsibility for the collection processes for named customers .Play an active role in the reoccurring tasks such as dunning runs, customer contact etc and ensure these are handled in a professional manner.The candidate: The ideal candidate is ambitious, result-driven, structured and able to handle multiple tasks in parallel with focus on the right priorities.The person will be expected to have the desire and ability to take own responsibility and hence deliver high quality information to our external and internal customers on time and follow up to ensure results are achieved.Further, the person needs to be a good team-player with the ability and desire to take an active part in the team and ensure that focus is kept on reaching the targets.You manage the English and Swedish language both in written and verbal form.Additional desirable skills: .Knowledge in MLIS or other oracle based systems .We only accept applications through our website.
