We are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Stockholm-based finance and accounting team. We believe this is a great opportunity to broaden your practical experience and to work in a faced paced environment, optimizing our business and opportunities ahead. This is a part-time position based in Stockholm, hybrid remote, commencing in August.

What you will be working on at Lifesum

- Manage Lifesum accounts payable, registration, and accounting

- Manage Lifesum Accounts receivable, both B2C and B2B

- Manage incoming mail and e-mail

- Manage card expenses on a monthly basis

- Daily contact with our accounting firm partner and other authorities

- Support the Accounting & Finance Manager in the month- and year-end closing processes/reconciliation

- Support the Accounting & Finance Manager with the work on the annual reports and audit process together with our auditor

- Additional ad-hoc tasks, such as assisting the organization with different accounting-related questions

Your experience will be a valuable asset
We believe you have gained some years of experience as a Finance Assistant, feel comfortable within the role, and have relevant experience in the following:

Minimum of 2 years experience working with accounting
Good knowledge of AP/AR
Well-versed in Excel
Fluency in Swedish and English
Experience working with Visma.net is a bonus
YH or Batchelor’s degree in Economics
