About the role

We are now looking for a summer intern to assist our finance team full time during summer months, June - August, with possibility of extension. It is a perfect opportunity for you that are studying finance or just finished doing so.

Location

Stockholm, Sweden



Primary work tasks and areas of responsibility.

- Match purchase invoices to purchase orders and received items
- Make sure purchase invoices are approved and posted to the vendor ledger
- Follow up on and reconcile received items not invoiced, claims and credit memos
- Contact with vendors, and reconcile statements


Key competencies needed

- English written and spoken
- Basic bookkeeping such as chart of accounts and understanding of the classification of accounts, debit and credit, and the workflow of AP, AR and bank ledger
- Basic knowledge of Excel
