Our client in Malmö, a renewable energy company headquartered in Germany, is now seeking to hire a Finance Assistant to support the colleauges in the Finance Department in their daily business.
The work time is expected to 75% of a full time employee but with flexibility from time to time up to 100%. This is a consultancy assignment until 2020-12-31 in the first place with the right to employ the person thereafter. The position is expeted to be closed shortly.

Your responsibilities:

• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable;
• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed;
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation;
• Manage basic liquidity planning for projects and hedges with reporting the entire liquidity planning to HQ;
• Survey and register bigger amounts to be paid or received the next coming week;
• Support in managing financial tracking of projects against budget, liaising and reporting to PMs and the management team on a regular basis;
• Support in monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting;
• Follow up financial and operational figures on operating assets;
• Ad-hoc support in various topics related to the Finance Dept.

Your Profile:

• Relevant degree in financial discipline (gymnasieekonom or similar);
• At least 3 years’ post-graduate experience from similar positions;
• Creative and pragmatic with an ability to find solutions to challenging problems;
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures;
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors;
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks;
• Naturally curious, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
• Flexible attitude and ability to be proactive and act on own initiative;
• A team player, willing to provide support to all colleagues;
• Excellent Swedish and English communication skills, both written (presentations, reports, documents) and spoken;
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point (Ascendo and Briljant is a benefit);
• Ideally good understanding of energy business;
