Finance Assistant to Zaplify

Zaplify is a Swedish SaaS company, the Nordic region's fastest growing sales platform that helps 150+ sales organizations to increase and streamline their sales through AI and Automations. They are today a team of 20 people located in Stockholm, Lund, Gdansk, Poland and Dubai.

We are now looking for a structured Finance Assistant for this exciting startup. Zaplify are in an exciting, expansive phase where they are just setting up their operations function - including finance, accounting, compliance and controlling.

We are looking for a person who has previous experience of accounting in some sort and is eager to contribute in both strategic and operational aspects of a fast-growing SaaS startup. You'll work with their COO and one of the Co-Founders to set and develop the structure on which Zaplify will scale.

The role

As a Finance Assistant at Zaplify, you will for example get to work on:

- Financial analysis and modelling
- Pricing strategy
- Business model
- Invoicing process
- Streamlining workflows


About you

You are a person who:

- Has an academic background in accounting, finance, business administration or similar
- Is structured, reliant and keep what you promise
- Skilled in both writing and numbers crunching
- Knowledge of accounting software is a big plus
- Interest / experience from sales and tech
- Fluent in English


Practicalities

Around 50% to begin with, with a chance for full-time in the future. The location is in Stockholm.
