Finance BI Developer

We are now looking for a Finance BI Developer to join our Business Planning & Analysis team at the HQ in Lund.

Who is your future team?
You will be part of our Business Planning & Analysis team, responsible for shaping our group´s financial planning process as well as developing and maintaining capabilities for planning, reporting, and analysis by leveraging our BI-systems Anaplan and Qlik Sense. What you´ll do here as a Finance BI Developer?
This specific role is as a model builder within Anaplan. As an Anaplan model builder you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan models that support business planning and decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and craft Anaplan solutions that align with evolving business needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Model Development and Maintenance:

* Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting
* Develop complex formulas, calculations, and workflows within Anaplan

Stakeholder Collaboration:

* Work closely with business stakeholder to gather requirements and translate them into Anaplan solutions
* Provide training and support end-users to ensure effective use of Anaplan solutions
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture feedback and drive continuous improvement

Data integration:

* Manage data imports, transformations, and exports within Anaplan



Documentation and Reporting:

* Document model structures, processes and methodologies
* Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Continuous improvement:

* Stay up to date with Anaplan best practice and new features
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Who are we looking for?
To be successful in the role we believe that you have a few years of experience working within or in close collaboration with finance, along with a solid understanding of business planning concepts. We seek a person with a strong interest in BI and developing BI solutions. While prior experience with Anaplan is not required, you should be motivated to learn and work with new tools. We provide training to equip you with the necessary skills. You are not only interested in learning a new system, you also find it exciting and important to learn about Axis business. This will be important for you to succeed in collaboration with different stakeholders and departments. We are looking for you who believe that openness and collaboration are key to success. We´d love to hear that you have/are:

* B.S. Degree in Business Administration or another relevant field
* 2-3 years of experience in building and managing Anaplan models or solutions in a similar FP&A tools

Technical and Analytical Skills:

* Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes
* Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems

Communication Skills and Personal Attributes:

* Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
