Finance Business Partner

Key Responsibilities• Be the true business partner to Sales and Product Management teams through:
• Interpret, explain and drive performance within the business –> speak the numbers
• Support and influence key operational and strategic decisions –> make the impact
• Advise on key business planning assumptions, trade-offs and opportunities –> be the partner
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on specific issues –> drive the value
• Work with Product/ Charge Managers and Sales to proactively improve performance and create alignment between the overall strategy and Area execution.
• Ensure decision making is based on robust data and is underpinned by logical assumptions – own the data.
Who we are looking for• Prior experience and proven track record within commercial finance working as business partner, business controller or similar role.
• Very strong analytical skills, ease working with numbers and understanding complex processes.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and engage confidently with leaders at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal savvy and an eye for finding common ground and addressing performance issues in a positive though firm manner.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Experience with following systems/tools is a clear advantage: SAP, MS Power BI, Data Warehouses and MS Excel analytics.
