An exciting business partner opportunity. We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join our Nordic Logistics Finance team. Logistics operations cover Inbound, Outbound and Warehouse and in this role, you will play an active part in the Swedish Outbound and Warehouse Management Team. You will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner Nordic Logistics and be a member of the Global Logistics Finance Team. This role can be based at our office in Solna, Stockholm or at our dairy in Jönköping.

About the role

As a Logistics Finance Business Partner, you lean in closely to the performance of the business and will:

Actively facilitate and take part in driving performance within Logistics Sweden.
Be responsible for the month end close and solid quarterly forecasting.
Act as financial sparring partner to the logistic operations team, and also colleagues working a similar role in other markets.
Actively engage and support in capital investment (CAPEX) projects in the logistics area.
Provide ad hoc support to logistics projects and commercial businesses cases that require a financial input and advice.
Coordinate and actively drive continuous improvement.


As you are supporting functions across Sweden you can expect some travel activity in the role.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who ideally has a higher degree in Economics/Business/Finance. You will have experience working as a finance business partner (or similar), translating operational performance data into business cases and actions.

With excellent communication and organisation skills, you will be able to build strong relationships across the Business Partner community as well as across different sites and functions. An analytical thinker, you will be proactive and will have a desire to learn about and improve ways of working within logistics.

You will be a proficient user of all Office Applications and will have advanced Excel skills. Knowledge and experience of working with SAP would also be an advantage. Finally, fluent in English is a requirement and proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
