NCE Service BPM Department has 13 members within Finance with the main goal of being Finance partners for the Service NCE area.


Main milestones for the department are:
Ensure proper communication of the financial results to the business
Ensure alignment with compliance within all the business processes
Support the business in all Planning activities and pre-calculation validations


To reach these milestones we have monthly financial reporting and performance meetings.
The department is permanently developing and always keeping the focus to ensure the proper financial partnering that, final goal, is influence in the business to take the best actions to achieve the required targets.


Responsibilities
As a Finance Business Partner, you will take part in all financial aspects of the Onshore Service Business including management reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting. Furthermore, you will be the Finance Partner for the Regional Service Director on all financial related matters. Further key responsibilities are:
Supervise the process of month end close
Prepare the monthly business reviews together with the Service Managers
Control service costs focusing on cost development and trends
Initiate corrective action plans in case of budget excesses
Budgeting, forecasting and follow-up audit activities for your region
Ensure high data quality and high financial standards
Participate in projects and workshops initiated by Group Finance or Service Management team


Qualifications
Master's degree in finance or equivalent
SAP and PowerBI experience would be an asset
Proper communication with stakeholders
2-4 years of Finance Partner experience as Business Controller / Financial Analyst
Significant skills in Power Point
Fluent English required as well as good knowledge of Swedish language
