Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner. The position will be based at the local headquarter in Angered, Göteborg.

You will be a member of the operational management team for AGI Sweden (division of entities) and report to VP Finance, AGI NEE, in Düsseldorf. In your profession you are expected to be an active strategic and operational support to VP AGI Sweden, to Plant and General Managers.

Areas of responsibility and specific tasks:
You will be in charge of business and financial controlling, IFRS accounting/reporting, statutory reporting, analysis, business cases, corporate tax and VAT.

Specific tasks include:

• Monthly and annual closings, reporting of all closings (K3/IFRS)
• Ad hoc analysis
• VAT reporting and calculation/submission of corporate tax and deferred tax.
• Lead the budget and forecast process for AGI Sweden and deliver budget and forecast reports in Hyperion.
• Provide support, in terms of instructions and controlling, to the Shared Services Center, based in Prague.
• Act as primary contact person for auditors and the Swedish tax authority.
Qualifications and profile
You hold a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Finance or Business Administration with great financial and accounting skills. Furthermore you have previous experience (a minimum of 5 years) from business and financial controlling, preferably in an international environment. Possibly you started your career within auditing.

Advanced knowledge in Excel is required as well as fluency in both Swedish and English. Former experience from Hyperion and Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial but most important is that you are familiar with systems.

We are looking for an ambitious and well-organized individual wanting to have a career in a group that rewards results and determination. You will work independently and at the same time have an extensive base of contacts, internally as well as externally. You are able to prioritize and feel comfortable in a coordinating role.
