Finance Business Partner to Skanska HQ

Group function Financial Support and Analysis (FS&A) at Skanska's Headquarters in Stockholm is looking for a person with a passion for business and finance. Currently the team consists of five people situated in Stockholm, Malmö and New York.

Group Function FS&A at Skanska Group HQ act as business partner to Group Leadership Team (GLT) and Business Units (BU) supporting and advising strategic and operational decision-making. In this Business Partner role, you will work closely together with Executive Vice President (EVP) Commercial Development with focus in assessing, monitoring and analyzing financial performance, assist GLT EVP and Group CFO with identifying areas of concern and opportunities, as well as being their sounding board in connection to decision-making processes. You act as key contributor and discussion partner with the BUs, providing active support for better business performance, coordinating quarterly reviews and spreading knowledge and best practices across borders. You participate in taskforces for special analysis and engage in change processes and other initiatives as well as Board queries.

Your Profile

We are looking for a Business Partner with a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills and good business understanding. You execute your commitments effectively and by doing so you build good relationships with stakeholders. Your strong business acumen, solid experience from business controlling, and your social skills will make you successful in this role. Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate with a responsive approach, commitment, and good collaboration- and communication-skills. You hold a university degree in Business administration/finance (or equivalent) and have solid experience from a similar role. Experience from the real estate industry is particularly interesting. You are computer literate and have good skills in Excel and other MS Office programs. Fluency in English is a requirement, both written and spoken.
