Älmhult is home to IKEA Range & Supply that has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA retail channels with home furnishing solutions available for the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduces 2,000 new products around the world with a total range is almost 10,000 products. So what happens in Älmhult definitely doesn't stay in Älmhult. It reaches practically every corner of the globe.
We are now looking for a Finance Controller to the Finance & Administration department. Finance & Administration department at IKEA of Sweden has the important role of making sure we are a cost conscious company; setting the budget frames, taking part in deciding on resource allocation and supporting the organization in the budget work, cost follow up, forecasting and financial controlling/projects. Securing that our financial process and routines are efficient, documented and communicated. Finance & Administration is responsible for securing that IKEA of Sweden lives up to contractual liabilities from a legal, accounting and internal control perspective.
Your main responsibilities as a Finance Controller are:
• Support to ensure the financial processes such as closings, financial performance tracking, financial planning & reporting, and financial controls.
• Be the analyzer to produce accurate, timely and relevant information about IKEA of Sweden and its business units’ financial status and performance to enable decisions to be taken relating to the organization's financial performance.
• Work with cost controlling and be the presenter of financial reports to the different stakeholders.
• Be the speaking partner and support the line organization within our area of competence.
• Highlight and investigate deviations to plan
