Finance Controller to British American To

About the role
As a Financial Controller for British American Tobacco you will be preparing financial data, calculate and analyze manufacturing costs and closing books at the end of the month/year. You will be a part of the Finance team where you will cooperate closely with all departments - not only to measure and control, but also to add value to the business.

As a Financial Controller your major responsibilities includes:
• Preparing and sending requests for entry master data into the system; creating and changing cost centers and managing Work breakdown structures
• Preparing monthly view of P&L, including visibility of drivers vs. forecast
• Preparing financial statements for each budget cycle, including both OPEX&CAPEX departmental forecasts
• Consolidation of accounts

The role as Financial Controller is a consultant assignment with starting date as soon as possible. The office is based in Malmö.

About you
We are looking for someone with a bachelor or master´s in finance. To succeed in this role, you need to have strong Financial Business skills and a thorough understanding of relevant finance tools and systems, specifically Excel. You have experience from working in a dynamic operating environment and experience of dealing with stakeholders.

Qualities we´re looking for in this role:
• Academic degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Rational decision making, analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
• Holistic view, understanding of Production and Supply Chain would be an advantage
• Experience of using a group reporting tool
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and present it in an accurate and relevant format
• Strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English

As a person you are result oriented, well organized, and open to change. You can work under pressure, and you can deliver high quality with tight deadlines. As a person you´re responsible, analytic and you have an ability to organize and prioritize.
