Finance Coordinator eCommerce to Samsung

We are currently looking for a part-time (2 days/week) Finance Coordinator - Ecommerce to an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity, a 4-month contract starting as soon as possible with a great possibility for an extension.

About the role:

As a Finance Coordinator, you will be the bridge between finance team and eCom team, securing overall daily operations for both sides. You will monitor, investigate and analyze financial status related to payment portals. Some of your tasks could be, but are not limited to: 

• Monitor missing payments and unexplained differences, related to for example VAT or chemical tax
• Monitor and manage payment captures
• Manage refunds and assure Samsung policy is followed
• Manage potential fraud orders
• When needed, escalate potential risks or faults to eCom management
• Search for improvement areas within eCom finance, suggest and implement improvements and enhancements

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role we believe you are/have: 

• Student, preferably within business administration or accounting 
• Experience in Excel 
• Strong interest for numbers
