We are currently recruiting for a Finance - Data & Analytics Specialist to join our company. The purpose of the position is to be responsible for implementation of data structures, analytics tools & technologies relating to the relevant solution and delivery team. This position drives and ensures that the organization is leveraging data & analytics within the scope of the solution to maximize business value.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for making sure that data is available, structured and accessible to achieve business goals for the delivery team including coaching, facilitating and supporting the business organization in data & analytics maximizing business benefits.
Drives development of ways of working relating to data & analytics including processes, tools and competences needed to secure delivery capability including advanced analytics, Machine Learning (ML) & Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Supports the IT-Director Data & Analytics (Data & Analytics guild lead) and other Data & Analytics Specialists in developing and implementing best practice as well as knowledge sharing within the area of Data & Analytics.
Develops standards, guidelines and tools relating to data & analytics for the solution in collaboration with the IT-Director Data & Analytics.
Contributes to development and implementation of the global IT strategy including digital vision & mission and digital technology innovation roadmap.
Develop and maintain expertise and best practice in relevant area including business processes, technologies, applications and relevant data.

Decisions relating to documenting, monitoring and tracking of data & analytics within solution scope.
Shared decisions
Choice of systems impacting data & analytics aligned with Solution Delivery Lead & IT Director Data & Analytics.
CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
University Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
Minimum 5 year’s work experience in IT-solution development including work with data & analytics.
Experience from agile development and DevOps methods including of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.
System thinking with comprehensive knowledge of relevant data & analytics platforms, frameworks & technologies.
Experience with advanced analytics including Machine Learning (ML) & Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Documented experience from applying digital technology creating business effect.
Technical understanding of relevant platforms & technologies, primarly Microsoft, Snowflake and Aecorsoft
Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business knowledge within finance area.,
Ability to gain understanding of customers’ business processes and unmet needs, while also managing expectations and scope.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations.
