About the role
This is a temporary position, replacing someone who will go on parental leave.
The following tasks and responsibilities come with this role:
You are the functional application owner of some of the common Group applications: Group Codes (the database which contains all Group master data) and The Way We Do Things (the collection of all Group procedures and policies). You work together with the technical owners to continuously improve these applications. Specifically for The Way We Do Things, you will lead the project to upgrade it to a new, more user-friendly platform. You will look at different market alternatives and work with stakeholders in the Group to deliver an improved solution.
You lead the project to implement a common Group application for the monitoring of balance sheet reviews, that enables a more structured follow-up of findings.
You oversee the communication for the CODA (Common Data Analytics) application. You keep the communication Sharepoint site up to date and you work with the CODA functional lead in defining and following up the communication plan.
You are our Master Data specialist. As such, you review and approve requests for new master data. You work together with different stakeholders in the Group to integrate new Master Data into Group Codes, whenever there is a need within the organization.
You are the key contact for the Swedish Bureau of Statistics (SCB), providing them with the relevant data they require.
You work on ad-hoc projects within the different departments in Group Consolidation Solutions, depending on the needs.
You give administrative support to the Group Consolidation Solutions management in different areas like data collection, preparation of events, travel arrangements, integration of new colleagues.
In this role you will be part of the Group Controlling team, reporting to the Group Controlling Manager.
Your profile
You are a digitally minded person, who is driven to always find a better way. You have a broad interest in different applications and a willingness to learn, which will allow you to really make a difference for the users of the applications you own. You have excellent command of English, both written and spoken. You can adapt your communication to the different stakeholders in the organization you will work with. Knowledge of the Group and experience with master data would be an advantage.
You have a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
