The electrification of society is happening right now, and we are supporting private customers, companies and cities to distribute and use energy in the smartest way possible. The finance department within E.ON Energy Networks has an important role to play in facing the rapid changes in the energy environment. The financial management from a business perspective is crucial in achieving our goal - to produce and deliver 100% renewable and recycled energy by 2025.

Our shared vision for the finance department is it to be a partner in financial steering and optimization of the business. To achieve this, a seamless and developed digital finance environment is a necessity, and that is where you enter the picture. We have just begun building our Finance Digital Development team and are now looking for a development lead of our systems and applications.

As a Finance Digital Development Lead, you are responsible for the building, design and development of our finance systems and applications. You will drive the delivery of projects, implement new technologies thus enhance our digital controlling processes.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Together with our organization further develop our digital roadmap
* Define and develop our ways of working to systematically implement the roadmap, drive development and maintenance of digital solutions
* Design and programing of digital solutions for the broader Finance Community mainly in a Qlik Sense environment
* Secure the integration of groupwide projects, e.g. harmonization of SAP
* Build strong stakeholders relationships both in Sweden and E.ON internationally



We are looking forward to you bringing ideas and initiatives for building effective processes and new work methods for the Finance Digital Development team.

To become our ideal candidate, we are confident that you have extensive hands-on experience of IT development projects within complex organizations, preferably related to finance systems and its applications. You certainly gained you experience in developing environments such as Qlik Sense, PowerBI, SQL, VBA and alike. We believe that you have a genuinely understanding the financial decision needs connected to the applications / solutions in order to deliver value with your solutions. A strategic mindset, the outstanding didactical qualities and ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders within E.ON in Sweden as well as E.ON abroad, is required. Transparency is something you take for granted and you act as a skilled communicator, in both Swedish and English.

You are passionate about making sure that what we design, build and deliver is of the highest standard, both visually and technically. Most likely you describe yourself with adjectives such as ‘curious’ and ‘brave’. You believe in processes and methods, but most of all you believe in results, technology and in integrating them into a world-class user and customer experience.

Mirko Kallweit will be your manager in Financial Controlling & Risk. Mirko is an available leader who drives change, advocates transparency and welcomes new ideas from his employees. You will be given a lot of freedom under responsibility and will be encouraged to work closely with your colleagues both inside and outside the department.
