For the fifth time we offer up to 15 trainees from all over the world to take part of a 18 month development program which consist of 6 different rotation assignments, at least one abroad, and training modules in our different global locations. For more information visit our website.
These are your main tasks:
Be a part of the Group and Divisional Business Control teams in the monthly analysis, ad-hoc requests and project work
Participate in consolidation of Group’s financial data and conduct internal and external reports based on the consolidated data
Support Divisions in designing, implementing and follow-up on improvements based on audit recommendations (in project form)
Work with the business development team on the Group´s M&A agenda

We are looking for someone with a positive approach and a can-do attitude, a team player to help us reach our goals. Since our business needs are constantly changing we believe you have a flexible and open mindset to quickly adapt to our organization. As our Group Finance Trainee you will be part of our global team and mainly be-based in Stockholm, Sweden.
You have an analytical and consultative thinking, you are proactive and structured. You also have:
A university degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance,
Excellent communication, drive and networking skills
High standard of written and spoken English
Sense of humor
