Overview
Are you looking to join a growing and exciting company that places considerable emphasis on sustainability? Program you will develop skills that will set you up to progress well within your career!
SCA is currently searching for newly graduated Masters Students to start in fall, 2017. Selected candidates will participate in a two-year Graduate On-boarding (GO) program within the SCA organization. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be qualified for roles within the organization.
The SCA GO! Program is based on relevant tasks, responsibilities and learning goals. This will provide participants with a deep understanding of the SCA global organization, technical knowledge, processes and tools while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.
We are currently offering a Business Administration/Finance Graduate Program within our Global Business Services (GBS) Unit. GBS provides professional and transactional business services globally to all SCA’s business units enabling people to drive performance and create business value. We are delivering the services in a customer centric and efficient way with high quality. Furthermore, we are seeking to accelerate the use of automatization and web solutions to make our services easier to use and to achieve our overall strategic priorities of profitable growth, innovation and efficiency. 
If you are interested in gaining work experience and entering the field of finance, then this GO! Program will help you build a strong understanding of finance processes and how they are linked together and what skills you will need to develop to grow and evolve within the finance area.



Responsibilities
During the 24-month GO! Program you will have the opportunity to work with our finance services developing the delivery of them to become even more efficient with modern tools and new technology. You will learn how business and legal needs are translated into services, processes, technology solutions and implementation. You will participate in projects/activities and most importantly, you will actively participate in a global team environment!
Main focus will initially be in developing the next generation of delivering finance processes; establishing the use of service portal and a service desk concept, being close to our customers and being able to give answers quickly and with high quality.

What are we looking for?
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage. Having obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent achieved no later than 18 months ago will be a prerequisite. Excellent level of English is required, and if you can speak an additional language, it is always a plus. Finally, availability for traveling and relocating may be required for the Program.
To be successful in this role you should have a holistic thinking, be enthusiastic and curious and have a strong business and service orientation. You should have a passion to gain new functional and technical skills with new technology solutions and tools. We need you to be an excellent team-player, to be self-motivated and proactive with a positive ’can do’ attitude.
