The Finance Graduate program
If you are up for the challenge of developing our future Finance function and want to be a part of the innovative world of Volvo Group, this is the graduate program for you!
During 12 intense months, you will get an end-to-end perspective of our Finance functions and how we co-drive the business, both from a local as well as from a Volvo Group perspective. From day one, you will have a permanent role in one of our organizations, where you will play an active role in daily deliveries. In parallel, you will participate in a number of common training weeks with the other Finance graduates throughout the year, do various job rotations to increase your insights of the Volvo Group and last but not least you will grow as a person. Your professional and personal growth will be supported through individual and team development sessions, mentoring, coaching and feedback.
You will take a deep dive into some specific areas of our business, which will help you get a holistic view and build your future career within the Volvo Group. Besides your manager, who will guide and support you in your daily job, you will have a supportive network of peer graduates, colleagues across the globe and senior leaders to help you excel. How you will make an impact
You will play a crucial role in our digitalization efforts, helping us become more digitally oriented and reducing waste in our financial processes. Additionally, you will be involved in reports development, where you will actively participate in collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial data. This involves creating engaging and mesmerizing reports using Power BI, with a primary focus on transforming data into actionable insights. Collaboration is another essential aspect of the role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams. Your mission will be to decode their data requirements, streamline processes, and empower them to effectively utilize BI tools for financial analysis, all through our Controlling Analytics Network (CAN). Last but not least, you will contribute to data maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data within our financial systems. Your multifaceted skills and contributions will be invaluable to our team.
Who are you?

Required knowledge/experience
You have a BSc or MSc degree in Finance, Business, Computer science or similar fields.
In this truly global program, communication will be in English, hence you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English
Maximum two years previous working experience prior to, or after graduation.
A valid work permit for the country to which you apply (if not a citizen).
