Natural Cycles is an international working environment filled with smart and ambitious colleagues working in Stockholm, Geneva, New York and remotely. We are looking for an administrative superstar with interest (and ideally experience) in payroll, finance or HR who is eager to join us in our mission to pioneer women’s health!
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Payroll and HR functions within the Finance team. With the right individual we will be able to support you in developing skills in both Finance and HR depending on your interest. You will be a team player and also work independently on your own initiatives, and most importantly always aim to deliver great service for our employees.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Accounting and Junior Accountant and assist with daily tasks such as Accounts Payable, payments, general ledger entries but also month and year end closing and audits. In addition, you will assist the HR team with various tasks such as onboarding/offboarding activities, employee relocation and compensation and benefits.
The role is based in Stockholm and it is a temporary contract for 12 months (with possibility of extension), starting in mid-August.
What you will be doing
Finance
- Help out with Accounts Payable process and payments
- Assist in month end closings and audits
- Junior accounting entries
- Various finance projects
HR
- Assist with preparing employment documents and processing employment status changes (e.g. contracts of employment, domestic and international transfers, letters to confirm changes of terms, work certificates, terminations)
- Maintain and update all HR records/systems ie. system updates for new hire, termination, data changes, mobility, absence, expenses
- Maintain good communication and positive relationships to promote employee engagement and satisfaction
Other
- Assist with various financial and administrative tasks
- Assist with shipments within company
- Help out with organizing company events
- Organize company contracts
What skills and experience we think you have
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Preferably experience in Payroll accounting and process
- Good English skills and preferably also Swedish
- Experience gained in a fast paced, international environment
- A helpful/service oriented team player
- Feeling comfortable taking ownership of tasks/projects
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Passionate about administrative tasks
