Finance Intern

We are building a modern, friendly, and diverse product-first tech company based in Stockholm and now, we are looking for a Finance Intern to join our team.
As a Finance Intern, you will work closely with our CFO and Business Controller in owning and developing financial processes and analysis. This is a paid internship, initially an 8 month contract (Jan-Aug) but we’re open to discuss prolonging the contract if wanted from both parties. We expect you to work ~8-10 hours per week, perfect to combine with university studies (we can be flexible around exam-periods) and you’re very welcome to work remotely.

What you'll do:
Support our finance team with different financial tasks
Financial control - ensuring that financial reporting is correct
Customer ledger management - make sure customers pay their invoices on time
Help build a scalable, analytics-driven and business minded finance organization

Your profile:
Currently a university student, studying finance or equivalent field
Curious about the tech industry and working in a friendly and fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset and a hands-on approach to challenges
Clear and effective communication skills
Can work both independently and in a team
Strong Excel/Spreadsheet skills

Not required:
You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organisation, daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 20 different nationalities!)
