Finance Lead within Group Legal & Corporate Governance

We are looking for a Finance Lead within Group Legal & Corporate Governance for a multinational company in Gothenburg.

The company's Group Legal & Corporate Governance department is looking for a temporary team member who is a “Spreadsheet Lover” to provide general finance support. You will join a high-performing team who focuses on supporting the global automotive industry in safety technology, electrification and autonomous drive. The Job
As part of the Group Legal & Corporate Governance department at one of the most respected and recognizable car brands in the world, you will have the opportunity to drive change, work with continuous improvement and take on all types of challenges, big and small, in a truly dynamic environment. In this role you will provide support to the 80-person team assuming full responsibility for:
Processing and paying all invoices for the Legal, IP, Compliance & Ethics, Tech Fund, and Corporate Development & Governance groups within the Department
IP royalty reporting
Actuals/Accruals monthly reporting
Supporting all external audits of the Department
Generating and processing vendor Purchase Orders
This includes a close interaction with team members in Gothenburg, as well as collaboration with members of the global Legal teams, Finance, Treasury, and other parts of the organization and related entities.


Your History
In your professional life, before applying for this job, you have obtained:
An educational background in finance or accounting;
4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting;
Understanding of Excel, SAP, and other financial software and systems;
Significant exposure to invoice and purchase order handling and payment processes; and
Proven ability to be a self-starter with analytical skills and experience in developing solutions within the finance area.


You are service minded, focus on getting things done and you are very structured and detail oriented. You enjoy identifying improvement areas and embrace change and you meet deadlines and are fine to work under time pressure from time to time. Because the Department manages very strategic and sensitive matters, integrity is natural for you. You also must be excellent at working and writing in English.


This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP with a 10 months contract with good possibilities of extension after that.
