Finance Manager

Core Responsibilities
As Finance Manager at Operations Braås you will be a natural partner in supporting the organization in the direction and decisions for the business. You will proactively analyze and communicate opportunities and risks and support the organization by helping them prioritize among different activities.

You will ensure that targets are tracked and backed up by tangible activities and identify deviations to targets and communicate their consequences.

Drive and secure the financial processes for Operations Braås, and reflect the true picture of the business.

You will be responsible to lead and develop a team of 4 co-workers and we also expect you to take on an active role in the Operations Management Team.

Required Competencies
- Minimum 5 years experience from a manufacturing environment
- University degree within Finance
- A good business understanding and have the ability to communicate and secure common understanding
- Proven leadership experience
- Knowledge/experience within Lean Manufacturing and Change Management is qualifying
- Proficient in English, spoken as well as written
