Finance Manager

The Uni3 by Geely campus is a symbolic project, demonstrating Geely’s long-term commitment to its development in Gothenburg and Sweden. The project is developed and managed by Geely Innovation Centre Management AB, located in the campus.
The facilities make up an open campus of over 105,000 m² located in central Gothenburg. It offers a wide range of experiences to many, from tenants to students and professionals at Lindholmen as well as the public in Gothenburg.


We´re searching for a Finance manager that will be responsible to drive the Finance Department of Geely Innovation Centre Management AB (GIC), with a team of 3 -5 persons supporting you to manage financial compliance and control the financial health of the company. You will be based in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.


Team responsibility is:
- Drive business integration for finance support
- Perform financial management & cost control
- Create closings on a monthly and yearly basis
- Derive annual report, coordinating with auditors
- Financing and banking
- Set up transfer pricing agreements
- Preparing tax calculations for income tax and VAT
- Cost control side contractors from internal GIC team
- Managing tax compliance and filing tax returns forms
- Perform bookkeeping
- Create group internal financial executive summary
- Support assessment of financial profitability of business models
- Internal control supporting
- Funds planning and budget management.
- Finance reporting management


You will report to GIC Head of Finance. You should also be able to contribute in the setup of the future organization of our company. To succeed you will need experience from financial manager positions in general, experience from real estate business is preferred.


- Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree within Finance and Business administration at university level
- Leadership attitude (accountability) with proficient communicative skills
- Well-structured and good at teamwork
- Experience from measuring, evaluating, correcting and reporting management areas (KPIs of time, cost, scope, quality)
- International experience is an advantage
