Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to further develop and maintain a continuous improvement culture, focusing on efficient ways of working with both current processes as well as developing new processes and ways of working. As the role is quite new you will have the opportunity to form the role and develop it further. The position is based in our Gothenburg headquarters and you will report to our CFO. You know the strength of clear processes but can be flexible in a fast-paced start-up environment when the conditions call for it.

Your Future

- Maintain and develop high quality in all accounting related activities
- Ensure that all stakeholders are provided with accurate, timely and relevant reporting
- Establish risk management awareness and structure the group’s risk management program in relevant areas. Setting policies and routines
- Ensure compliance of statutory reporting and taxation
- Build and maintain a robust cash flow planning. Short and medium term
- Creating and enhancing financial policies and procedures across the accounting department as well as the wider Finance department
- Secure IPO readiness
- Develop, foster and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external
- Lead, develop and motivate the team of currently 8 direct reports


Your Past & Skills

- Experience from successfully implementing best practices in all of the above mentioned areas
- 5+ years of experience working in accounting, with 3+ years experience leading a team
- Deep knowledge about accounting principles, especially IFRS and transitioning to IFRS from K3
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business from a top tier university
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- You are competitive, ambitious, passionate and a performance driven professional that has a deep understanding of what it takes to be a top performer
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as rapid changes
- A positive attitude, honesty, and humility are characteristics we value highly
