Finance Manager

Outokumpu Prefab AB in Avesta is looking for a reliable Finance Manager who has a solid understanding and experience of accounting as well as controlling. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and result oriented professional that is able and willing to be involved in a variety of finance related activities.
You would be reporting to the Managing Director of Outokumpu Prefab AB and would be part of the company’s management team.


Your role
Day-to-day accounting
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Budget, targets, ability to investigate and comment on deviations
Preparation of consolidated monthly / quarterly / yearly reports and financial statements
Tax reports and statistics to Swedish bureau of statistics
Liquidity planning and calculation of capital requirements
Contacts with banks and credit institutions
Accounting plans and monthly account reconciliations
Development and maintenance of Axapta (Dynamics) system
Insurance queries
Profitability analysis and cost control
Preparation of meeting minutes for the board
Acting as a project manager in case of need


About you
Master’s degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting
At least 3-5 years of work experience in financial controlling and accounting (AP, AR, GL)
Good understanding of cost analysis and control, profitability analysis, internal pricing, liquidity planning
Work experience within a production company
Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English languages
Technical / software knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or other)
Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines
Accuracy and great attention to details
Good communication skills
Willingness to relocate or residency within commuting distance
