Your place of work will be at our main office and hangar facility, located at Säve Airport in Gothenburg, Sweden and parts of the work may be carried out remotely. Role overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for the company’s ongoing daily financial work, budget and reporting to management and the board. The role also includes handling of the payroll management system and supporting the business in financial matters. As the Finance Manager, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

As the Finance Manager, you enjoy working in a flexible environment with an open climate and you are happy to support your colleagues when needed. Further we see you being flexible and being able to handle a number of daily tasks within finance, parallel to each other. You are a down-to-earth, structured and responsible person.
Qualifications & Experience

University graduation in related field, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Minimum 4 years experience handling day-to-day Financial tasks such as:

Accounts receivables and accounts payables

Deposits and withdrawals

-
Invoicing, Accounting and book-keeping

-
Period-end closing, financial statements and annual report

-
Budgeting and follow-up

-
Reporting to management

-
Providing financial summaries for review meetings and department meetings

Contract management and other tasks of an administrative nature

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Swedish

Eagerness to work with others
