The position is full-time, on-site at Softube headquarters in Linköping Sweden, and we would like to fill this position as soon as possible. international applicants are very welcome, many of our current employees are from countries other than Sweden, and English is spoken at the office.

Job Description
Softube is developing and selling music software and hardware to consumers and businesses all around the world. Hundreds of orders, invoices and payments are processed every day across Softube AB and its subsidiaries in accordance with country and state specific tax regulations.
As our finance manager you will lead our internal finance team and external partners, take an active part in day-to-day finance tasks, and develop our finance related procedures and systems.
In your work you will
Establish and improve company policies and guidelines within finance.
Be responsible for company accounting, invoicing, payments, and payroll
Perform day-to-day accounting, invoicing, payments, and payroll.
Lead and manage team members and external partners involved in finance.
Ensure tax compliance and other financial compliance.
Be responsible for subsidiaries’ finances, working with local finance partners.
Develop and create financial reports, including periodic reports and annual reports.
Lead the budget creation process, results follow up and forecast process.
Be responsible for incoming and outgoing royalty management.
Be responsible for the handling of the employee stock incentive program.
Maintain and develop the financial parts of the company EPR system (Dynamics 365 Business Central) and other financial support systems in collaboration with the operations team.

Required Qualifications
University Degree in Economics
At least 5 years within the field of accounting and finance with a minimum of 3 years in accounting and a minimum of 2 years as finance manager or controller, including working with personnel responsibilities.
Excellent computer and spreadsheet skills.
Excellent communication skills, in both text and speech.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written.

Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience working with transfer pricing and with US subsidiary financials.
Knowledge and experience in music production
Knowledge and experience of the music software industry, plug-ins, DAWs
