Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager on IDEAL OF SWEDEN you will be responsible for accounting, reporting and financial analysis. This includes all monthly and annual accounts, annual reports, inventory reporting, tax and VAT returns and financial analysis. You will be the main contact for our accounting firm, auditors, authorities and suppliers regarding all financial questions. Together with the vice CEO/CFO you will also be responsible for reporting to our board and owners, as well as being included in the forecast- and budget work.

In this role you will focus on improving our reporting, business analysis and efficiency. As the Finance Manager you will have internal stakeholder across the organization. Depending on who you are, we will adapt the role to suit you!

You will work in a smaller team and you will report to the vice CEO/CFO for IDEAL OF SWEDEN.

Overall responsibilities:

• Financial reporting & control towards stakeholders
• Leading accounting team and internal financial processES

Essential characteristics

We are searching for you who are educated MSc in Economics and have minimum five years of experience of accounting and reporting. You are used to working independently with the whole closing process, have good knowledge in Excel and express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English both verbally and written. It´s a plus if you come from a background in an audit firm, have previous experience in working in a growth company or/and have experience working in a global organization

To succeed in the role as Finance manager at IDEAL OF SWEDEN you need to be structured, detail oriented and prestigeless as a person. You are independent, taking full ownership for your area and are easy to work with. The right candidate shall also have an analytic ability that likes to be challenged and be a part of the company's growth!
