Mölnlycke is now looking for a Financial Manager Corporate Functions Controlling to join our Group business controlling.
About the job:
The purpose of the position is to lead, coordinate and manage Corporate Functions controlling & financial activities at multi-site level, creating value by providing insights for corporate functions, thus influencing their business counterparts to make better decisions.
The purpose is also to challenge the status quo and champion finance as well as enterprise-level transformation.
In this position you will act as key contact for stakeholders, translate and direct to relevant parties, support strategy execution and decision-making, being a trusted business partner for Corporate functions.

Within primary focus areas this role has the following key accountabilities:
Manage and motivate the team as well as drive personal and professional development.
Be a finance business partner for a number of Corporate functions and their EVPs.
Member of Corp management teams in scope
Lead the forecast process for these functions
Performing monthly follow up of actuals, proactively act on incorrectness and comment on evolution and variation.
Translate analytics and visualize insights into business value
Strengthen business case understanding and utilization as well as challenge input, rational and benefits.
Challenge stakeholders in driving activities and corrective actions.
Foster a learning and sharing culture
Drive simplification and harmonization
Support strategy and execution, forward looking (20/80)
Secure Corporate function’s costs are allocated to the Business Areas based on the Group´s principles. Owner of models for recharge of G&A costs.


What you’ll need…
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have a skillset with commercial and organizational acumen, communication skills to influence, relationship and stakeholder management, business insight and decision support, strategic thinking, appreciation for technology, a global mindset and adaptability, making sense of complexity.
You will need to be the leader of your scope and steer your deliveries. With enthusiasm and personal drive you will manage the scope with empowerment and passion. You will initiate and start things independently and you will also need interpersonal skills to enable strong relationship with colleagues and stakeholders.
You need to have a mindset with intellectual curiosity, bias for action and problem solving, agile decision making and calculated risk-taking. You’ll also need to have the confidence and maturity to challenge peers, coping with ambiguity and championing change and stretching beyond comfort zone.

Preferred background:
Education with a relevant finance degree
At least 8 years of experience from different aspects of business control
Skills in Excel and SAP
Fluent in English
